This is to certify that the undersigned surveyor, by request of Mr. Bruce Spahr of Boats US Insurance, did attend aboard the subject vessel, "Hart to Hart", on February 08, 2006, while she was afloat in her moorings at the Olympia Yacht Club, Olympia, Washington. 

The purpose of this action was to ascertain the condition of the vessel and to cite any hazards, deficiencies, or deteriorations and to determine the seaworthiness of the vessel.   This vessel was inspected in accordance with ABYC and NFPA 302 standards.  Inspection also included compliance with Rules and Regulations for Recreational Boats. (33CFR)

This survey was visual and made without any removal of fixtures, components of machinery, bulkheads, decking, or removal or dismantling of any  permanent installations aboard.
